A WOMAN in her 20s has been sexually assaulted in a town park in broad daylight.
Cops have launched an urgent appeal after the victim was attacked in , on Tuesday.
The assault was launched at around 12.15pm in Kenrick park, off Green Street.
West Midlands cordoned off the scene, which is nearby a Kenrick Park tram stop.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We’re investigating after a woman in her 20s was sexually assaulted in a park off Green Street, West Bromwich.
“It happened at around 12.15pm on Tuesday, September 9.
“We’re offering support to the woman as we seek to identify the offender.
