COPS have launched a murder investigation after a woman plunged to her death from a block of flats.
The 25-year-old was discovered with “significant injuries” near the building in Southampton , Hampshire , on Thursday afternoon.

Emergency crews were scrambled to the property on Cuckmere Lane just before 3pm.
The woman was rushed to hospital but sadly died of her injuries yesterday.
Officers are still patrolling the area today as investigations remain ongoing.
Cops are hoping to identify a man in the building at the time of the tragedy.
Hampshire Police confirmed specialist officers were supporting the woman’s family.
A spokesperson from the force said: “Officers are pursuing lines of enquiry to identify a man within the property at the time of the incident.
“Officers remain at the address today as enquires continue and will be conducting patrols in the area.

It comes as cops launched a probe into the death of a 12-year-old boy who died after falling from apparatus in a park playground .
The youngster was tragically pronounced dead at the Wharton Recreation Ground in Winsford, Cheshire on Friday evening.
Detective Sergeant John Rhodes, of the Protecting Vulnerable People Investigations Unit, said it was a “deeply tragic incident”.
He added: “Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of the boy who sadly died at the scene.”
