A teenage girl was reportedly sexually assaulted in a broad daylight incident, prompting police to initiate an urgent manhunt.

Authorities have released the image of a man they would like to question regarding this report.

It has been reported that an 18-year-old woman was inappropriately touched and verbally harassed on West Street in Andover at approximately 4 PM on October 23.

The individual officers are seeking is described as white, standing 6 feet 2 inches tall, and aged between 30 and 40 years.

He is noted to have a slender build, dark brown hair, and a moustache.
