DISTURBING footage shows staff in high-visibility jackets pushing each other during a chaotic incident with guests on a thrill ride at Winter Wonderland.

The video captures staff stepping in to stop their colleagues from interacting with attendees amidst another disruption at this holiday attraction.

The incident took place at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland on Day –

A clip filmed at the site on Friday shows staff in bright jackets confronting a group of men.

In an unexpected turn of events, the ride attendants begin shoving each other after one separates another from the group.

One ride attendant continues to push his coworker backward, pressing against his chest to distance him from the confrontation.

However, the second staff member leaps over the first to assist colleagues still dealing with the group of males.

The video spread on social media with the caption: “Just a normal day at Wonderland.”

In response to our inquiry, Winter Wonderland clarified that the staff were trying to prevent escalation, not "turning on each other."

Recently, a significant altercation on Christmas Eve led to authorities using a taser on at least one member of the public.

Footage shows multiple individuals involved in physical fights while staff appear to force guests to the ground.

One witness remarked: “It was just another day of chaos.

“It feels like something has gone horribly wrong if even the security personnel need to restrain each other from conflict.

“Winter Wonderland may seem like a family-friendly event, but there have been continuous fights.

“How does it reach the point where even security personnel have to hold each other back? It looks terrible.”

In our request for clarification, Winter Wonderland stated that the individuals involved were ride attendants, not security personnel.

A spokesperson for Winter Wonderland said: “Hyde Park Winter Wonderland has extensive security and safety measures in place, including visible security, trained staff, and on-site medical teams, all of which are continually reviewed throughout the event.

“When incidents occur, we assess the situation and adjust staffing, deployment, or procedures as necessary, collaborating closely with the Metropolitan Police and relevant authorities to ensure appropriate measures are in place at all times.

“The vast majority of guests enjoy their visit without incident and feel safe attending the event.”

Earlier this month, a separate altercation resulted in one woman being struck and losing consciousness.

The attraction has faced criticism for being overly crowded and expensive, recently ranking as the festive site with the highest number of complaints across.
