Who is performing the national anthem at the College Football Championship?
The national anthem will be performed by Jamal Roberts.
Roberts was the winner of American Idol Season 23, capturing a record 26 million votes.
His career has flown to superstar status since his victory, with his debut single “Heal” reaching No1 on the Billboard Hot Gospel Songs chart.
He also toured with R&B legends Brandy and Monica.
Roberts will be joined by Maria Pernalete.
