The results appear every morning as a set of visual cards which you can either quickly scan or open for more detail.

By letting the bot know what is useful and what is not, you allow it to learn and further adjust to fit your needs.

What can ChatGPT Pulse do?

The information ChatGPT Pulse shares with you depends on your own personal preferences.

It could be follow-ups on frequently discussed topics, or next steps toward your long-term goal such as or .

By linking your Gmail or Google Calendar, you can provide additional context for more relevant suggestions.

This allows ChatGPT to draft a sample meeting agenda for you, suggest for your friend or surface for an upcoming trip.

To make the daily digest more relevant, you can either give quick feedback with a thumbs up/down or tap ‘curate’ to request what you want to see in future editions.

How do I get ChatGPT Pulse?

The initial preview of the feature has only been released for ChatGPT Pro users on mobile devices.

However, OpenAI is planning to make it available for users on the cheaper Plus plan after enough feedback is collected.

Is ChatGPT Pulse available for fee?

As a demo version, Pulse is currently only available on the Pro plan, which runs for £200 a month.

Another user, who has had the chance to test Pulse, said: “Absolutely love it. It’s like a news feed, but with topics I was actually curious about. Also saw my calendar and gave me some cool historical facts about the place I am visiting.”

They compared Pulse to “an organic version” of , but instead of clickbait, it uses helpful knowledge.

On the other hand, some users find this feature “creepy” and are concerned about their privacy.
