Firstly, they will need at least a point to guarantee they finish above Brighton, as the Seagulls’ goal difference is +5 better prior to the final day.
Bournemouth sit three points ahead of them, and have a clash with Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
They will also need two results, involving Aston Villa and Liverpool, to go their way.
Aston Villa won the Europa League on Wednesday night, meaning if they finish fifth, the Premier League will not have the five Champions League qualifiers through their coefficient ranking.

Bournemouth need Villa to lose away at Man City and fall to fifth, and for Liverpool to beat Brentford at Anfield and climb to fourth.

Brighton can also just about still make it, provided Bournemouth lose, they win at United, and the other two top five results go their way.
