WAYNE ROONEY gave a stinging verdict on the World Cup final’s “crap” half-time show after the showcase received mixed reviews.
Organisers pulled out all the stops for the glamorous show as Madonna, Justin Bieber, Shakira, Ted Lasso and even The Muppets made appearances.

But former England star Wayne Rooney wasn’t impressed by what he saw and made his feelings known.
When asked what his favourite moment was, he told BBC Sport: “I’ll be honest, when it finished. I like a lot of them artists, but I thought it was crap.”
