THE 2026 World Cup has some crazy kick-off times, with matches getting underway as early as 2am, 3am and 5am BST.

How can I watch World Cup highlights?
The is the biggest, most prestigious competition in world football, made all the more special by the fact it only comes around once every four years.
And with the welcoming a , this year there will be 104 unmissable matches played across host nations Canada, the US and Mexico.
However, as the tournament is taking place in North America, a large number of fixtures will be taking place at very unsociable hours.
For example, games have kick-off times ranging from 2am, 3am and 5am, with this morning’s 3am being the first of many to come.

This makes it almost impossible for the average person with work in the morning to tune into the games when they are broadcast live; but the BBC and ITV have worked around this.
For those who can’t watch the game live, the two broadcasters have set up no spoiler zones on their websites, which will show highlights and full match replays without revealing the final-score.
That means those who miss the entirety of the game can catch-up in the morning, without knowing what to expect. Unless they’ve already checked social media or !

as the unusually early kick-off times arguably offer up a perfect time to show highlights when more supporters than ever will miss the live games.
Although, as previously mentioned, the addition of the no spoiler zones offer an excellent alternative as viewers can take in all the action like they are experiencing the game live.
