Wavve has unveiled the first trailer for its upcoming drama “ONE : High School Heroes”;!
Based on a popular webtoon, “ONE : High School Heroes”; is a high school action drama that follows Kim Ui Gyeom (Lee Jung Ha), a top student who has long suffered under the oppression of his father, and Kang Yoon Gi (Kim Do Wan), who seeks to use Ui Gyeom’s fighting prowess for his own purpose. Together, they form the masked vigilante group “High School Heroes”; and unleash their suppressed rage to overturn the school’s violent social order.
The teaser offers a gripping look at Ui Gyeom’s descent into a world of violence and resistance. After enduring a string of bullying incidents, he finally snaps—unleashing a side of himself he never knew existed. Together with Yoon Gi, who quickly sees through his violent potential, Ui Gyeom soon finds himself stepping into the brutal world of school fights, taking down bullies one by one.
In a striking scene, Ui Gyeom stands in a hallway littered with unconscious students and stained with blood, saying coldly, “The problem is... there are just too many bad guys in this world,”; heightening curiosity about his journey ahead.
The teaser also showcases a flurry of electrifying action: Ui Gyeom’s lethal punches and razor-sharp glare, Yoon Gi’s calculating demeanor as he plots to upend the school’s power structure, and the cold, intense moves of the mysterious figure Geol Jae (Yuk Jun Seo), who adds another layer of intrigue.
Donning distinctive pink masks, Ui Gyeom and Yoon Gi step into their roles as the “High School Heroes”;—introducing a never-before-seen vigilante duo with explosive chemistry.
