tvN’s upcoming drama “Second Shot at Love”; has released a new preview!
“Second Shot at Love”; is a rom-com starring Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung as Han Geum Ju, a self-proclaimed “reasonable drinker”; who unexpectedly reunites with her first love Seo Ui Jun (Gong Myoung)—a man who despises alcohol—and decides to take on the challenge of quitting drinking.
The newly released video starts with Lee Young Woong (Park Gang Sub) making a phone call to inform a car owner that their vehicle maintenance is complete. When Geum Ju overhears him speaking informally, she asks whether he personally knows the owner. To her surprise, the car turns out to belong to none other than Seo Ui Jun.
What’s more, Ui Jun’s return to their hometown causes a stir—he’s now the head of the Bocheon Public Health Center. Having given up a successful career in Seoul to serve the community, he earns both admiration and curiosity from the locals.
Upon hearing of Ui Jun’s successful comeback, Geum Ju puts on a brave face, but her sour expression betrays her true feelings. When Young Woong asks, “By the way, what happened between you and Ui Jun? You two used to be really close,”; Geum Ju coldly replies, “I don’t even want to talk about that punk.”; The intriguing exchange leaves viewers eager to find out what went wrong between the two—and how their complicated past will affect their future.
