tvN’s upcoming drama “Head Over Heels”; has unveiled a new highlight video, building anticipation for its premiere!
Based on a popular webtoon, “Head Over Heels”; is a fantasy romance about a boy who is fated to die and the young shaman who tries to rescue him from his fate. Cho Yi Hyun will star as Park Seong A, a high school student who leads a double life as a shaman by night. Choo Young Woo will play her first love Bae Gyeon U, who is plagued by bad luck and was born with the misfortune of a predestined death.
The new video kicks off with Bae Gyeon U catching the eye of Park Seong A while practicing archery and becoming her first love. However, when he visits her nighttime persona for a shamanic consultation, she discovers the tragic truth that he is fated to die soon. Determined to save him, Seong A resolves to risk her own life and also turns to others for help.
As strange incidents begin to occur around Gyeon U, Seong A does her best to protect him. But Seong A has a protector of her own: Pyo Ji Ho (Cha Kang Yoon) also comes to her rescue, catching her as she falls from a school wall and again when she faints in a classroom. He pointedly tells Gyeon U, “I take care of the things that are valuable to me,”; hinting at a potential love triangle.
Adding to the mystery is the famous shaman Yeom Hwa (Choo Ja Hyun), who warns Gyeon U, “Your father’s been very worried. Afraid you might show up.”; She then throws salt at him as he kneels before her, raising questions about Gyeon U’s hidden past.
