WAFCON 2024: Madugu declares readiness for South Africa clash

Super Falcons head coach Justine Madugu has declared his team’s readiness for the clash with the Banyana Banyana of South Africa.

The nine-time champions will battle the holders for a place in the final of the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Casablanca on Tuesday.

Nigeria thrashed the Copper Queens of Zambia 5-0 in the quarter-finals.

The Super Falcons returned to training on Sunday after observing a break on Sunday.

Madugu said his players are focused on the task ahead.

“The preparations are good, the girls have been very committed, determined, they are in good shape, they are well prepared,” Madugu told a press conference .
