United States President Donald Trump has told investors that his policies would never change.
Trump made this statement on Friday in a post on social media.
This is as global stock markets tumbled for a second day following his announced tariff plan and China's retaliatory measures.
“To the many investors coming into the United States and investing massive amounts of money, my policies will never change. This is a great time to get rich, richer than ever before,” he wrote.
DAILY POST reports that Trump, on Wednesday announced that China would be hit with a 34% tariff, on top of the 20% he imposed earlier this year, bringing the total new levies to 54%.
