The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, on Saturday warned President Donald Trump of the United States (US) to be wary of another assassination attempt.
Primate Ayodele warned that Trump should be careful because there might be another assassination attempt on his life.
He disclosed this while addressing journalists in the Oke-Afa area of Lagos State.
According to Primate Ayodele: “Trump should be careful about another assassination attempt, write it down and mark it.”;
In July 2024, Trump escaped an assassination attempt during his presidential campaign.
A 20-year-old, Thomas Mathew Crooks, had attempted to assassinate Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Crooks had fired several shots at Trump, who was on a podium addressing his followers, but missed.
The assassin was later shot dead by snipers of the US Secret Service.
In September 2024, the Secret Service foiled what the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) called an apparent assassination attempt while Trump was golfing on his course in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Secret Service agents spotted and fired on a gunman in bushes near the property line of the golf course, a few hundred yards from where Trump was playing, law enforcement officials said.
