THE UK’s biggest water supplier has announced that it will introduce a hosepipe ban from this week.
The company supplies drinking water to around 10 million people across the country.

Thames Water has announced that it will introduce a temporary hosepipe ban for all its customers that it supplies with drinking water.
This follows sustained hot temperatures and high demand for water, and three official heatwaves already this year.
Restrictions will come into force from 00.01am on Thursday, July 23.
