Former Manchester United and Bayern Munich midfielder, Owen Hargreaves, has hailed Paris Saint-Germain’s Vitinha after the Parisians defeated Inter Milan in the Champions League final on Saturday.
The retired England international said the Portugal midfielder plays like Real Madrid ace Luka Modric.
Vitinha was outstanding as PSG won 5-0 against Inter in Munich following goals from Desire Doue (two), Achraf Hakimi, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Senny Mayulu.
Speaking after the game, Hargreaves told TNT Sports that Vitinha was just pasting Inter players in the midfield
The former Manchester City midfielder said: “Vitinha plays like Luka Modrić, just jinxing past people, impossible to play against.
“You know who he reminds me of? Luka Modrić, and you could not make him any bigger compliment in the world, because he’s been one of the greatest.”;
