At least 29 teams are assured of a spot in the league phase of the 2026/2027 UEFA Champions League.
With domestic leagues concluding across Europe, several clubs have already qualified for the next season’s competition.
This is based on their league positions and the number of teams that UEFA will allow qualify.
The remaining seven places are filled through the qualifying rounds and play-off system.
Teams who have confirmed their places already include:
England: Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United, Aston Villa, Liverpool
Germany: Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, VfB Stuttgart
Spain: FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Villarreal FC, Real Betis
Italy: Inter Milan, Napoli, Roma, Como
France: Paris Saint-Germain, RC Lens, Lille OSC
Portugal: FC Porto
Netherlands: PSV Eindhoven, Feyenoord
Turkey: Galatasaray
Ukraine: Shakhtar Donetsk
