Eddie Hearn Claims Tyson Fury Has 'Violated' Anthony Joshua Fight Contract, Provides Update on Deal Status

EDDIE HEARN has sensationally claimed Tyson Fury has already FAILED to meet terms set out in Anthony Joshua’s contract for their blockbuster fight.

hit back as the row over the long-awaited showdown rumbles on, with both heavyweight rivals still waiting for an official date and venue confirmation.

insists , 36, signed on the dotted line and simply wants the agreed terms respected, which included a clause to stage the fight for the British public in the UK.

Speaking to , he said: “I don’t know what else to tell you other than we signed a contract. All we’re asking for is that contract to be honoured.”

Addressing ’s for the delay, Hearn revealed: “Tyson Fury doesn’t know the full situation because there are things in our contract he was supposed to do that haven’t been done.”

“So already we have a series of breaches. But because we’re partners with these people, we’re trying to work through it.”

The main sticking point remains the venue. Joshua’s contract states the fight must be in Britain, but key parties – including Turki Alalshikh, , and Sela – are pushing for Madison Square Garden in New York.

Hearn took aim at attempts to alter the deal: “You can’t just turn around and go, ‘Oh, by the way, now we’re moving the venue and country from where it’s supposed to be.’

“‘Now you’re going to make a load less money, and now you need to do this, this, and this.’”

While Hearn, 46, was previously open to discussing America, he maintains moving the bout would reduce s purse while imposing extra commercial obligations under revised terms.

Fury, 38, poured fuel on the fire by accusing Joshua and Hearn of stalling for more cash, but Hearn rejected the claims, insisting neither man can simply walk away.

Adding to the confusion, promoter previously claimed Fury’s paperwork “states something different” from Joshua’s contract.

With both fighters coming through recent tune-up bouts, all in-ring hurdles are cleared.

However, Hearn’s latest claims show significant contractual obstacles remain outside the ring before British ’s biggest clash can be announced.
