Mitchell, 35, is a two-time Misfits champion, having held both the MFB Pro Super Middleweight and Light Heavyweight titles.
He recently defended his light heavyweight title in March with a unanimous decision victory over Gabriel Rosado.
Schwartz, 32, has won 29 of his 44 fights with 19 coming by knockout.
But he lost his previous bout to Tommy Hyde in December after a third-round knockout.
