A WOMAN who had six plastic surgery ops in one day has admitted her hospital room looked like “something out of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre” when she woke up.
Saffron flew to to have liposuction on her tummy, chin, back and arms, and a BBL – despite the fact that her friends, family and boyfriend were all against her plan.

But she ignored their advice and decided to go for it anyway, putting her body through it by having all the surgeries on the same day.
In a video on her TikTok page, she showed how her bed was covered in huge blood stains as she rested following the operations.
“When I woke up my first initial thought was why the hell have I done this again?” she said.
“But this time even worse and it did look like something out of Texas Chainsaw Massacre in my room.”
“Doing was one thing but doing the face at the same time… when they came round with them pain meds I was like give me that, give me all of that!”
Once she was checked over by the surgeon following the operations, she got to go for her first walk.
“The relief is real,” she admitted.
“Your mind is telling you I don’t want to get up and walk but once you’ve done it, you feel so much better for it.”
went to the Viven Health Hub in Turkey for her transformation, and was looked after by a “beautiful, caring woman” after waking up, as she’d decided to go to Turkey alone.
“She stayed in my room the entire time,” she said.
“And she has helped me with everything – it has been five stars so far.”
