DONALD Trump is weighing up three different options to strike Iran – including a special ops raid on nuke sites and a targeted blitz on Tehran.
It comes after the mullahs’ regime’s deadly crackdown on protesters following nationwide uprisings which threatened to topple the Ayatollah.

Tehran is now on high alert as the US president mulls military options to cripple .
The first proposal includes plans for a daring US special ops raid on enrichment sites to torpedo Iranian efforts to build a nuclear weapon.
Trump blitzed several nuclear sites last summer as part of the 12-day war between Iran and the US and Israel.
But this option would see US commandos destroying the last of the Iranian nuclear sites – including those that survived the US bombing last June.
Although Trump is open to finding a diplomatic solution, he is thinking over options for regime change, Pentagon officials told The New York Times.
The White House said: “As the commander in chief of the world’s most powerful military, President Trump has many options at his disposal with regard to Iran.”
The second military option outlines a series of airstrikes against top Ayatollah cronies and military officials which could see Khamenei removed from power.
This would see US forces blitz Tehran in an attempt to eliminate mullah leaders and collapse the tyrannical Iranian government.
The third option, currently being pushed by Israel, is for Washington to join Tel Aviv in a fresh round of strikes on Iran’s ballistic missile program.
Iran has largely rebuilt their weapons capabilities after they were devastated during the 12-day war, Israeli intelligence suggests.
Tehran warned the US on Saturday that their forces were on high alert following Washington’s heavy military build-up in the Gulf.
They also insisted the Islamic republic’s nuclear capabilities could not be eliminated, after Trump said he expected Tehran to seek a deal to avoid US strikes.
Iranian army chief Amir Hatami said: “If the enemy makes a mistake, without a doubt it will endanger its own security, the security of the region, and the security of the Zionist regime.”
It comes after President Trump declared “two things” the mullahs’ regime had to do.

He said they had to step in line with his demands which include “no nuclear” and “stop killing protesters”.
Officials say the US leader is taking a similar approach to Iran as he did to Venezuela – where tyrant Nicolas Maduro was captured and flown to New York for prosecution.
This strategy will see Trump try to negotiate – but launch military action if all else fails.
Washington has demanded that Iran permanently shuts down all uranium enrichment and hands over all its nuclear stockpiles – including 190 pounds of near-bomb-grade uranium which has already been processed.
The White House’s demands also include limits on Iran’s ballistic missile arsenal and their range, as well as an end to all support for Middle Eastern proxy groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah.
The missile limits would make it virtually impossible for Iran to blitz Israel.
Trump said on Truth Social on Wednesday: “Hopefully Iran will quickly ‘Come to the Table’ and negotiate a fair and equitable deal — NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS — one that is good for all parties.
“Time is running out, it is truly of the essence!”

Washington officials have reportedly admitted that any regime change operation in Iran would be much more difficult than the one in Venezuela.
It comes after Trump deployed a naval strike group to the Middle East led by the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier.
The “armada” has raised fears of military action – which could plunge the region into chaos.
It also comes as a US army plane dubbed the “nuke sniffer” touched down at RAF Mildenhall, in Suffolk.

Following the bloody demonstrations which kicked off on December 28, Trump had promised protesters that “help is on the way”.
But the US president appeared to then tone down his rhetoric on intervention after receiving “assurances” that the killing had stopped.
Several thousand civilians are feared dead as a result of the blood-soaked clampdown.
