Tolu Arokodare has revealed the reason behind his decision to join Wolverhampton Wanderers, DAILY POST reports.

Arokodare moved to Molineux from Belgian Pro League outfit KRC Genk on a permanent transfer on deadline day.

The 24-year-old was linked with several top clubs in Europe but eventually fulfilled his dream of joining a Premier League club.

The Nigeria international made his debut for Wolves against Newcastle United at the St James’ Park on Saturday.

Arokodare stated that he never hesitated to join Vitor Pereira’s side when he was approached by the club.
“When Wolverhampton became concrete, I didn’t hesitate for a second. No one had to convince me. Everyone also knew I absolutely wanted to go to the Premier League,” he told Belgian outlet HLN.
