Transfer: Nelson Abiam seals move to Lithuanian club, Zalgiris Vilnius

Nelson Abiam has completed a move to Lithuanian outfit, Zalgiris Vilnius, DAILY POST reports.

Abiam signed a three-year contract with the Zalgiris Vilnius.

The enterprising center-back joined Zalgiris from Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) club, Kano Pillars.

He featured in seven league matches for Usman Abdallah's side before moving abroad.

He netted five goals in the 2023-24 NPFL season.

Abiam previously played for Nasarawa United and Doma United.

The 23-year-old defender also represented the Super Eagles B team.
