Transfer: Inter Milan confirm deal for Nigerian forward, Agbonifo

Inter Milan have confirmed the arrival of versatile Nigerian forward, Richi Agbonifo.

The forward joined the 2024-25 Champions League finalists from Serie A rivals Hellas Verona.

DAILY POST reports that Inter are still closing in on signing Nigeria International, Ademola Lookman.

Inter Milan and Verona confirmed that the transfer for Agbonifo is a permanent deal.

Agbonifo is a versatile player who can function as a second striker, centre forward, midfielder and as a winger.

The 19-year-old, who joined at the age of six, left Verona after spending thirteen years developing at the club.

Meanwhile, Inter Milan will return to the negotiation table with Atalanta as they hope to reach an agreement for the signing of Lookman, who is eager to move to San Siro.
