Former France international, Louis Saha, has told Manchester United to replace struggling goalkeeper, Andre Onana with Emiliano Martinez.
Saha is of the opinion that the Aston Villa goalkeeper can be the ideal replacement for the Cameroonian
Speaking about his former club in an interview with Coin Poker, the Frenchman said that the Argentine goalkeeper has been one of the best in the world in that position.
He believes that Martinez possesses the exact character needed at Old Trafford.
As quoted by Goal, Onana said, “Every top side needs a top class goalkeeper. Emi Martinez has been voted the best in the world for two years.
“...Those are the players United need. ..They need great performers like United used to have.”;
“Martinez...is one of the best in the world. He’s also the kind of character that gives a side confidence...”;
Onana joined Manchester United from Inter Milan last season but has failed to convince both fans and pundits that he can do the job at Old Trafford.
The Cameroon International has been linked with a move out of Manchester United this summer.
