Transfer: Hellas Verona set to sign Nigerian forward on loan

Serie A club Hellas Verona are set to poach Nigeria striker Gift Orban on a season-long deal, DAILY POST reports.

Orban was earlier linked with a permanent transfer to Ligue 1 club, Toulouse.

Hellas Verona are now leading the race for the Hoffenheim striker’s signature, according to Sky Sports Italia.

The 22-year-old only joined Hoffenheim from Ligue 1 club, Olympic Lyon in January.

Orban registered six goals in 18 appearances for the Village club.
