French club, Stade de Reims have announced the signing of Falconets duo, Oluwatosin Demehin and Rofiat Imuran.
The two players signed two-year contracts with Reims.
Centre-back Demehin was captain of the Falconets side that competed at the 2022 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Costa Rica.
She joins Reims from Nigeria Women’s Professional Football League side, Rivers Angels.
“I am very happy to arrive here in France and more particularly at the Stade de Reims.
Discovering the French championship with my teammate in the selection is a good thing because it will allow us to adapt and progress more quickly,”Demehin told the club’s official website.
Imuran, 18, caught the eyes of so many clubs during the U-20 World Cup.
She has already made two appearances for Nigeria’s senior women’s side, the Super Falcons.
”Playing for your national team is a source of pride! I now turn my attention to Stade de Reims. Working, progressing and helping the team to aim even higher: these are my main objectives when I arrive here,” she said.
