Transfer: Ex-Man Utd midfielder Pogba offered 2-year deal

Published on June 13, 2025 at 07:30 PM

Former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has been offered a two-year deal by Monaco.

Sky Sports News reports that the French Ligue 1 side are in talks with the World Cup winner over a deal to bring him to the club this summer.

Monaco are advancing in discussions with Pogba’s representatives regarding the player’s signing.

They regard the 32-year-old as one of the major superstars of the game, and it is an offer the former Juventus star is considering.

Pogba was suspended in 2023 after failing a drug test during his second spell at Juventus.

In 2024, the Frenchman received a four-year ban from the Italian Anti-Doping National Tribunal, which was later reduced to 18 months by the Court of Arbitration for Sport, CAS.

Pogba’s contract with Juventus was subsequently terminated by mutual agreement, and he has been a free agent since 2024.
