Transfer: Borussia Dortmund line up move for Arokodare

Published on May 14, 2025 at 06:58 AM

Bundesliga giants, Borussia Dortmund have joined the list of clubs interested in KRC Genk striker, Tolu Arokodare.

Arokodare is the leading marksman in the Belgian Pro League this season, with 22 goals and seven assists.

The Nigerian has been linked with clubs in England and Turkey.

He was close to moving to Turkish Super Lig giants Trabzonspor last summer but was persuaded by manager Thorsten Fink to remain at the Cegeka Arena.

According to Transfermarkt, Borussia Dortmund have identified Arokodare as one of their transfer targets for the 2025/26 season.

Genk are reportedly willing to sell their talismanic striker if the right amount is put on the table.

The 24-year-old has a contract with the Smurfs until 2027.
