However, the 2019 Love Island star – who met his partner Molly-Mae Hague in the ITV villa – is set to make an announcement regarding his upcoming fight.
Fury, 26, informed iFL TV : “I’ve received some intriguing calls to kick off the year. I believe we’re going to start the year in a significant way.”
“I hope everyone will be excited about the next fight announcement.”
“All I can say is it’s going to be a very big, big, big fight. That’s all I’m willing to share.”
Fury has previously defeated YouTube’s top boxing stars, Paul, 28, and KSI, 23, in 2023, but has been out of action due to a
He won a points decision against Hanjalic in a heavyweight match in Budapest and has since focused on reconciling with Molly-Mae.
Moreover, his father and coach John also commented on the upcoming fight announcement, which took him by surprise.
John stated: “We’re trying to finalize some big news. Until everything is confirmed, I won’t say much, but it is significant news, very significant.”
“We’re close to finalizing it; we just have one more detail to sort out. It’s not about the money, it’s about getting the contracts right, but we’re nearly there.”
“This is big news and will be a complete surprise for everyone. I only learned about it three days ago myself.”
“It was presented to us, and we seized the opportunity.”
, whom he defeated by split decision in Saudi Arabia.
Since then, the American has been knocked out by Joshua, 36, in Miami in December.
Paul – who underwent surgery – has been given an indefinite medical suspension until he is cleared to fight again.
Fury remarked: “I’ve always maintained that I’m not begging him for a fight; I don’t need to. I’m the one who holds a victory over him.”
“I won easily with one hand last time, and if he wants to fight, he knows where to find me. I’ve always said that.”
It’s going to be a very big, big, big fight. That’s all I’m going to say.

“I’m not difficult to reach. I’m here, in shape all year round, and I’m going to pursue what I want in my career.”
“I’m moving forward with my career, and if he wants to fight, I’m ready. He knows that.”
Paul’s defeat to AJ garnered an audience of 33 MILLION on Netflix – yet Fury claimed it was merely a money-making scheme.
He stated: “It’s all about money, isn’t it? Money and whatever else.”
“It’s like me fighting someone like Usyk. It was just nonsense, wasn’t it? It was all about grabbing attention; it sells, and that’s it.”
“In boxing terms, you can’t really analyze it because one fighter looked like they were jogging on an athletics track, while AJ didn’t seem to break a sweat.”
“Just a lot of nonsense, really. Just a money-making venture, a fantastic money-making venture. Fair play to both fighters; they earned a fortune and carried on.”
“I won’t criticize that, but as a boxing match, it was a one-sided affair. However, as a business event, it was excellent.”
