TODAY viewers were blown away by Katseye on Friday’s show – but not necessarily by the performance.
The international girl group performed their new song Hootie Frutti in front of a live audience on the NBC morning show as part of the Citi Concert Series.

Daniela Avanzini, Yoonchae Jeong, Megan Skiendiel and Lara Raj hit the Today stage in very tiny two pieces, and some viewers thought the outfits were just too sexy for morning TV.
“They were very scantily dressed and their dancing was suggestive,” one viewer commented on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“I actually turned the channel during the episode by Katseye today,” another person tweeted.
“The outfits and dance moves were not appropriate for kids in the audience.”

“Please give them more clothes!” another fan chimed in on Instagram.
“There are kids watching!” a fourth fumed.
After the racy performance, the girls spoke to the Today hosts about two band members who are currently on hiatus for mental health breaks.
“Two of the group members are not here today: Sophia and Manon. We understand they’re taking care of themselves. Have you been able to talk to them? How are they doing?” Anchor Craig Melvin asked the group.
“As Katseye, it’s so important to us to always prioritize our well-being,” Raj responded.
“We stand by Sophia and Manon through and through. We ride for them.”
The group’s new EP, Wild, was released on Friday.
