THEBLACKLABEL, headed by renowned producer Teddy, is gearing up to debut a co-ed group!
On June 6, SPOTV News reported that the label is currently preparing to debut a co-ed group.
In response to the report, a representative from THEBLACKLABEL confirmed to Ilgan Sports, “THEBLACKLABEL is currently in the process of preparing for a co-ed group debut,”; adding, “Details will be revealed at a later date.”;
Teddy, who first debuted in 1998 as a member of the hip-hop group 1TYM, went on to serve as the main producer at YG Entertainment for roughly 15 years, from 2006 to 2020. Since establishing THEBLACKLABEL, he has continued to produce for artists like MEOVV and izna.
Currently, THEBLACKLABEL is home to stars including BIGBANG’s Taeyang , Jeon Somi , BLACKPINK ’s Rosé, MEOVV, as well as actors Park Bo Gum and Lee Jong Won .
