Danny Cahalane died following an acid attack

Her ex had been “middle management” in a drug-dealing operation and owed Frost around £120,000 after gambling away drug profits.

Just weeks before the attack, Wilson revealed down.
In one message sent to her mum on January 8, she said: “He said he [Frosty] will pay me a few grand and double what Dan owes you and give you a oz…
“That’s paid for all of us.”
Moments later she admitted: “But I am worried about my karma.”
She then added: “But at least nobody but Dan gets hurt.”
Wilson went on: “I can’t get her address [a woman Danny was seeing] and tbh that’s the only way I know only Dan would get hurt. Nobody else. And he deserves it. He lies everyday.”
Karen replied: “Then do it your way, but don’t arrange for us to get her from school because that would look like you’d set it up then.”
Wilson answered: “I’ll just be home to get her. He’s always here like 20 past anyways.”

Karen replied that she also did not believe the story.
Wilson answered: “Oh yeah no I don’t either lol. I just think he sure does slip over etc a lot. Breaks and loses phones. Like are you okay hun.”
Her mum joked: “That’s because he’s ginger.”
Prosecutors said Wilson had tipped off Frost to Danny’s location on January 19, when members of the gang attempted to kidnap him.
After the failed plot, she texted her mum: “There was black guys here who tried to grab Dan. It genuinely wasn’t me. And he thinks it was.”
Karen replied: “No, don’t be paranoid. They didn’t come near you. It’s not you they want.”

Hours after the attack, she texted Karen: “I’ve just calmed down… Mum it was horrific I can’t stop being sick.”
Karen replied: “I’ve just woken up and seen this for f***’s sake.”
The pair then spoke on the phone for around two and a half minutes.
Wilson later texted: “I don’t even know what has happened to Dan, or how bad. But there was still three ambulances when I got there and he was at hospital.”
