A TEENAGE boy has died after a crash between a BMW and a motorbike which was carrying three people.
The 15-year-old tragically died after the white Honda 125 motorbike and white BMW X5 horrifically collided in Redditch, Worcestershire, at around 11.35am on Monday.
West Mercia Police has now arrested three men in connection with the crash.
This includes arresting a 50-year-old man on suspicion of causing death by careless driving, as well as a 15-year-old boy on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and aggravated taking of a vehicle without consent.
Another man, 18, has also been arrested on suspicion of aggravated taking of a vehicle without consent.
Detective Sergeant Liam Bennett of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: “We’re in the early stages of our investigation and are working hard to understand what happened yesterday.
“We’re keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and saw or may have dashcam footage of either the collision itself or the motorbike or car in the minutes before the collision.
“The motorbike had three people on, which is unusual, so I hope this will help to jog people’s memories.”;
Police are currently appealing for any dashcam footage or witnesses of the tragic collision.
