BALVINDER Sopal broke down in tears after she “messed up” during her performance on tonight’s Strictly Come Dancing.
The , 46, got emotional backstage, admitting fears she’ll end up in the dance-off with partner Julian Caillon.

Host said, “I know you don’t want me to talk about it.
Sparking emotions, she added, “You don’t want to rest on it, but I feel like I have to say, you have been working so hard this week.”
A tearful Bal responded, “Yeah, I think we only had one full day of rehearsal.
“The rest of it was just, you know, quite bitty, but look as part and parcel of the game that we’re in. Okay?
“So we come in and we dance, and sure I messed up, and I’m sorry Julian.
“I know it’s your favourite dance and I feel really bad because he’s worked so hard with me to get it all right.”
She added, “And I just feel really, yeah, because we’ve done it well, I know we have…”
Bal welled up and turned to her pro dance partner for a hug after her emotional admission, with her co-stars cheering on.
Julian said, “Look, I think, you know, dancing is, we talk about technique and all that.
“But at the end of the day, it’s about how it makes us feel, especially ballroom dancing and Latin dance.
“It’s about two people connecting together, telling a story, bringing joy to people, and I think you embody that,” he finished off.
Fans rallied behind the pair on X too, with one writing, “what a jive! yes there were mistakes but this dance just showed how bal has grown in confidence and ability.
“they need us to rally behind them so make sure you vote for them!!! TEAM BALIAN ALL THE WAYYYY”
While a second said, “I’m annoyed that Bal was underscored again I know she made mistakes but I didn’t see any of them.”
A third added, “The fact Bal is so sure she’s going to be in the dance off just shows how it’s affecting her, do better strictly.
“I really didn’t think Bal made a mistake and that is biased aside.”

It comes after Bal and Julian lit up the dance floor with an Argentine Tango to “The Logical Song” by Supertramp in .
She was thrown in the air for flips and turns without seeming to miss a beat.
Speaking about the dance, gave constructive criticism, but couldn’t help adding that the style was “really well suited” to Bal.
“I think this style actually suits you really really well,” said the star, before added that she wrote down Bal is a “comeback Queen“, having survived four previous dance-offs.
Anton Du Beke also gushed how he thought it was one of Bal’s “best dances”.
