“That mind just wont stop racing.
“The thought that you’ve never said out loud comes creeping in. I’ve failed.
“This isn’t rock bottom, this is the turning point”.
He then talked about the importance of “discipline, grounded and steady” when it comes to training.
In his caption, he explained: “Some men break. Some men rebuild.
“Your kids won’t remember what you said. They’ll remember what you became.
“Decide who you’re becoming. Then act like it today. GET BACK UP.”
