A SPEEDING driver who knocked a cyclist off his bike and killed him while high on laughing gas has been jailed.
Tiffany Treanor-Johnson, now 27, was intoxicated with nitrous oxide when she hit Harry Webb in Hackney in September 2023.


She was jailed for 10 years and nine months and disqualified from for 10 years at Snaresbrook Crown Court on October 9.
The gifted had been chatting with his dad on his hands-free phone when he was fatally struck down by the Audi A1.
Cowardly Treanor-Johnson then sped off after the , leaving Harry for dead – as his dad’s distraught cries rung out on the phone.
A stranger picked up the mobile and told him that Harry had been hit, as emergency services rushed to the scene.

His dad Mike told the sentencing hearing: “The sound of the emergency sirens rushing to the scene will always haunt me.
“We both miss Harry constantly.”
Harry had been on his way to the London Fields Lido for an evening swim when he was hit by Treanor-Johnson.
Prosecuting, Fiona Robertson told the court: “The call suddenly went silent as Harry was struck and fatally injured on Kenworthy Road.
“A member of the public discovered Mr Webb’s mobile phone on the ground after the and was able to relay to his father what had happened and told him to make his way back to London.”
In a victim impact statement, Harry’s devastated mum Pat said it was the “greatest honour” having him as a son.
She told the court: “My life ended on September 10, 2023 after receiving a call from the surgeon.
“We had just moved him into his new accommodation that day.
“How can someone smash into him and drive away?
“Watching someone you love die is an image you’ll never forget.
“I cannot bear waking up without him every day. We have no future left, each day is painful.”
Harry held a maths and philosophy degree from Bristol and a master’s in philosophy from the University of Amsterdam.
His friend George told the court: “Nothing could have prepared me for suddenly losing Harry.
“He was the most fun, intelligent and wonderfully caring person you could ever meet.”
The court heard how Treanor-Johnson, from Hackney, had been inhaling the Class C before the collision.
Fragments of the laughing gas canisters had been found in her car following the deadly crash.
Brenton Henry – who had been driving the Citroen Treanor-Johnson smashed into after hitting Harry – said he took her keys from her to prevent her from leaving.
Mitigating, Stephanie Panchkowry said: “Ms Treanor-Johnson was clearly in a state of shock at the time of what had happened.
“She has always put forward that she was not evading, deliberately, what had happened.”
Treanor-Johnson initially denied one count of causing – before changing her plea to guilty in April.
The judge told Treanor-Johnson: “You are solely to blame for the collision.
“I am sure that you were probably impaired due to taking balloons.
“We must all hope that you truly are sorry.”
A painted bicycle was placed near to where Harry was hit as a memorial, together with a picture of him.
