Human rights activist and former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, has raised concerns over the continued detention of social media personality Justice Chidiebere, popularly known as Justice Crack.

The development was disclosed in a statement posted on Sowore’s official page.

According to the statement, Justice Crack has reportedly fulfilled most of his bail conditions except the submission of his international passport.

Sowore alleged that the passport is currently in the custody of the Department of State Services, DSS, and has not been released to his legal representatives to enable full compliance with the bail conditions.

He further claimed that the bail conditions may have been structured in a way that makes compliance difficult, thereby prolonging the detention despite the court granting bail.

β€œIt now appears that the bail conditions themselves may have been deliberately designed to make compliance impossible in the first place,” the statement read.
