SOUTHPORT killer Axel Rudakubana has been charged with multiple assaults on prison staff at HMP Belmarsh.
The 19-year-old fiend has since been the London prison to Broadmoor in Berkshire.
Families of the Southport victims slammed the vile killer for trying to “manipulate the system” after he moved to the secure hospital.
