Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday has revealed why she took a break from acting.
Appearing in a recent episode of Curiosity Made Me Ask hosted by content creator, Bae U Barbie, the movie star shared that someone anonymously placed her on ₦1 million weekly salary because she wasn’t earning much from acting.
She explained that she decided to take a break from Nollywood due to the anonymous person’s gesture.
“Someone anonymously put me on a ₦1 million weekly salary because I wasn’t getting paid enough for movie roles ” that’s why I took a break from acting. I can’t shoot a movie and I might not even make up to ₦1 million profit from it,” the actress stated.
Nkechi Blessing, however, declined to respond to the host’s question about whether the person is still anonymous.
“It’s not your business,” she said.
