The 25-year-old pleaded guilty to drugging and forcing pills on a cadet, a woman identified as “Jane Doe” in court documents.

The incident took place in 2022 when she was a freshman at West Point and Suh a sophomore.

Suh was charged in a federal court in June and pleaded guilty to assault resulting in substantial bodily injury to a partner.

While entering his guilty plea, he said he encouraged her to drink what he told her was a “prenatal protein shake,” the Daily Mail reported.

“I then waited for her to fall asleep, at which time I physically administered the abortion pills I had secretly obtained from the online pharmacy by impersonating her,” said the disgraced cadet.

“The next morning I learned that my girlfriend had been taken to the hospital where she, in fact, miscarried as a result of the abortion pills that I had administered without her knowledge and consent.”

The pair had started dating while enrolled at West Point in 2020.

The woman became pregnant two years later, and told Suh she wanted to keep the baby.

At first, he was staunchly opposed and “threatened to commit suicide if she did not terminate the pregnancy”- but then appeared to change his mind, the suit said.

Suh admitted setting up the fake account in his girlfriend’s name at the online pharmacy and obtaining Xanax to sedate her.

Court documents also claim that he “impersonated” his girlfriend in the pharmacy’s online forum.

There, he asked questions like: “I don’t want to swallow pills. Could I just break them up in my water and drink water?” and if he would “feel the pills in my vagina,” according to the civil lawsuit.

During the assault, his victim became “repulsed” by the taste – but Suh was “insistent”, and eventually forced her to drink it.

“Ms Doe became sick and fell asleep. For the next few hours, she was in and out of consciousness with severe pain,” the suit said.

It was then that he shoved the abortion pills in her vagina to ensure that she loses the baby.

After waking up, the woman was “profusely bleeding from her vagina” and fell seriously ill.

Despite his guilty plea, a judge has allowed Suh to delay his sentencing until January so he can finish the academic semester at Columbia, where he is currently pursuing a master’s degree.

Suh, who was due to be sentenced on November 12, faces up to five years in .
