The former and Watford star showed all the makings of a future pundit with his takes, which he eloquently expressed.

But he’ll need to work on his understanding of segment endings after leaving the studio before the break.

As the segment drew to a close, the Sky presenter said to the international: “Nice to chat to you and have you in the studio.

“Please come back again and see us when you’re at your new club. We wish you well.

A grateful Dennis replied: “Thank you so much. “

After the presenter thanked him again, Dennis stood up to walk off the set and said: “Thank you, bye.”

Dennis’ getting up from his seat stunned the presenter, who said: “Oh, he’s gone.”

His early exit went viral on social media, with one footie fan saying: “Oh my God.”
