SKY has announced a brand new mega bundle of the UK’s most popular streaming apps – including the new HBO Max.

The broadcasting giant is bringing together Sky TV, with , Disney+, Hayu and Max into a single price.

Sky products and services are advertised on a large screen, including Sky Essential TV, Sky Ultimate TV, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, Sky Broadband, and Sky Mobile.Sky announced the changes days after the launch date of HBO Max was revealedCredit: Jamie Harris / The Sun

bosses described the new package as a “world first”.

The deal costs £24 a month – that includes £20 worth of streaming apps.

And it’ll be available for new and existing customers.

However, the streaming app will be the standard with ad plans – but you can pay to upgrade to ad-free with Sky billing if desired.

Sky is also offering even better value if you add Full Fibre , at £41 per month for the lot.

The move comes as HBO Max prepares to launch in the UK on March 26.

Sky Atlantic will continue to air HBO shows that have already began on the channel, such as future seasons of House of the Dragon and .

Amid changes to Sky’s deal with HBO owner Warner Bros Discovery, the broadcasting giant is also forging partnerships elsewhere.

Sky is launching a new Cinema+ channel, exclusively for Sky Cinema subscribers.

“The timing of these developments is deliberate, and this is very much a marriage of convenience that suits both Sky and Disney,” Paolo Pescatore, a tech industry expert with PP Foresight, told The Sun.

“We are now seeing the first fruits of a streaming service bundle, which will help address the fragmentation that currently exists.

“All of this is directly in response to the loss of exclusivity for HBO programming.”

will join the subscription in July.

Sky’s sister streaming platform will also be gaining HBO Max’s basic with ads plan at no extra cost.

    No recent movie releases following their theatrical release window
  • Standard with Ads – £5.99 per month
    Stream on 2 devices in Full HD
    Limit of 30 downloads per month
    Includes movies that first stream on the service following their theatrical release window
  • Standard – £9.99 per month
    Stream on 2 devices in Full HD
    Limit of 30 downloads per month
    Includes movies that first stream on the service following their theatrical release window
  • Premium – £14.99 per month
    Stream on 4 devices in 4K Ultra HD with Dolby Atmos
    Limit of 100 downloads per month
    Includes movies that first stream on the service following their theatrical release window

And the sports plan includes:

  • TNT Sports Plan – £30.99 per month
    Including TNT Sports 1-4, TNT Sports Ultimate, live event feeds and TNT Sports Original Documentaries
    Limited to two of your available streams
    Can be purchased within the UK as a standalone plan or in addition to select entertainment plans
