While since 2021, sources say they have not married in secret.
But while she is still waiting to walk down the aisle with , her latest post saw her giving thanks for their relationship.
In the picture, Lauren wore a simple, chic black outfit and sunglasses as she wrapped her arms around Simon’s shirtless waist.
Simon showed off his trim physique in a pair of pale blue board shorts as they posed by the swimming pool at their home.
In the caption, Lauren wrote: “Grateful for who I get to stand next to as one year ends and another begins.
“Happy New Year everyone. May this be an ending that leads to something beautiful.”
She then shared a separate post on her Instagram Stories where she talked about being sober around the festivities.
Lauren wrote her words against a backdrop of a beach at sunset, and said: “This is my second New Year’s Eve without alcohol.
“Sometimes nights like this can feel difficult and isolating. Especially when you’re the only one not drinking on a celebratory night.
“But it’s so worth it. If you’re trying, struggling or just thinking about it – I see you. I know how it feels and you’ve got this.”
She concluded: “Here’s to a new year of clarity, presence, strength and feeling good in your own skin. One day at a time.”
The couple have been together for 15 years and share 11-year-old son, Eric.
Lauren has stepped into the limelight a bit more in recent months, as she appeared alongside Simon in his series, The Next Act.
A friend of the family previously told us: “Initially she was reluctant to be a part of it, but the crew were everywhere and in the end it was impossible to avoid.
