SHONA Manderson’s boyfriend Matt Pilmoor has thrown his support behind the TV star as he spoke out after she claimed she was sexually assaulted while filming MAFS.
During a bombshell BBC documentary last night, The Dark Side of Married At First Sight, two brides alleged they were raped by their on-screen husbands and a third, Shona, bravely confessed her assault.

She appeared on the show in 2023 and Shona said she had an abortion after claiming her on-screen partner Bradley Skelly ejaculated inside her without permission.
After the documentary aired, her former co-star and partner Matt took to Instagram, opening up on Shona’s decision to appear on the BBC.
He shared a sweet picture of the pair kissing on holiday.
Shona looked beautiful in a lilac dress that perfectly complimented her man’s mauve shirt.

Matt captioned the post: “Tonight you went on national tv and told your story.
“Something that has consumed you for just under a year thinking whether to do it or not. You will help so many people stand up and speak out loud.
“The most bravest, strongest woman I have met. By your side always.”

Fans in the comments rushed to share their support for Shona.
One fan penned: “You’re so brave. I’m so glad you found your real man… a man worthy of you.”
Another fan wrote: “I think you [Shona] were articulate, brave and came across beautifully. Sorry you went through all that.”
Shona revealed in 2023 she had found love again with her co-star Matt, the “kindest soul.”
Matt was originally paired with bride Adrienne Naylor, but before the show finished airing it was clear things didn’t work out between them as the bodybuilder was spotted on a coffee date with Shona.
Over two years later, the loved-up pair look as though they are going from strength-to-strength.
Shona’s MAFS husband Bradley, 29, has stayed silent on social media but gave a statement to the BBC amid their investigation.
In the statement, he said he categorically denies “any allegations of sexual misconduct” or that he was “controlling”.
He said their relationship: “was based on mutual consent, care and affection.”
