KBS2’s upcoming drama “The First Night With the Duke”;has offered a glimpse of Seohyun and Taecyeon’s on-set chemistry!
“The First Night with the Duke”; is a fantasy romance drama about an ordinary college student whose soul is transported into a minor character in a romance novel, Cha Sun Chaek (Girls’ Generation’sSeohyun). After waking up in the world of the novel, she ends up spending the night with the obsessive male lead, Yi Beon (2PM’sTaecyeon).
Ahead of its highly anticipated premiere, the drama has shared behind-the-scenes stills of its two leads, further building excitement for what’s to come.
The new photos capture the lively dynamic between Seohyun and Taecyeon on set. As Cha Sun Chaek, the youngest daughter of a powerful political family, and Grand Prince Yi Beon, the two impress with their flawless hanbok visuals—looking as if they’ve stepped straight out of the pages of a romance novel.
Seohyun perfectly channels Cha Sun Chaek’s bright and endearing charm, while Taecyeon fully inhabits the role of the icy prince with his signature charisma.
Despite the cheerful atmosphere on set, both actors demonstrate a remarkable level of focus and immersion in their roles. Their expressive eyes and attention to detail hint at a powerful, fated romance that is sure to captivate viewers.
