AS he jumped in his car two days after a boozy night out, Scotty T had no idea everything was about to be taken away from him. He was caught behind the wheel three times over the cocaine limit and lost not just his driving licence but also his beloved job on Geordie Shore.
The 37-year-old party boy was at his lowest, but then everything changed and Scott secretly became a father. Now, for the first time in an exclusive interview with , he opens up about the life-changing moment and the truth about his drug taking, which almost ruined it all.

He tells us: “ is definitely a blessing. He’s just changed everything. He’s put a smile on my face.
“I always think to myself like, at the end of the day, he’s mine.. And I’m like, f**k everything else. That’s the most important thing in my life.”
And as his year-long ban comes to an end, Scott tells us he hasn’t touched since the day and Class A drug cocaine was found in his system.
He describes his conviction as ‘unlucky’, but the CBB winner, who has been to rehab twice, insists he didn’t have a .
When Scott arrives for his chat with The Sun, he’s clearly buzzing about his new role as dad; he even looks like a new dad, with bags under his eyes, a goofy grin and wearing a comfy tracksuit.
While he’s not been afraid to share details of his personal life on various reality shows, Scott has kept details of his son completely shrouded in mystery… until now.
In his most honest chat to date, Scott tells us that the mother of his son is actually someone he has known for nine years, and not a one-night stand, as many people suspected.
Fighting back tears, Scott tells us: “She actually fell pregnant the year before [with my child] but sadly lost the baby.
“I was devastated and gutted, and she was as well.
“I was there for her more because she was upset. We ended up sleeping together again. And she was pregnant again. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done.”
Scott describes their relationship as “casual”, but makes it clear they were never together.
He explains: “Because of , everyone thinks I must be casual with everyone and that I must not talk to girls again (after sleeping with them). But I’m a gentleman, really.”
Scott will never forget the night his son was born around six months ago – he was on his way out when he got the call that his baby mum had gone into labour early.
He was by her side from that Saturday night until Tuesday morning, as was his mum.
‘I want to make sure that nothing else goes wrong’
It was a completely overwhelming experience, with Scott admitting, “I was so excited. I was just crying my eyes out.
“It was the maddest, most exciting, worrying time of my life. And seeing it all and that it was just like whoa.”
It wasn’t an easy ride, though.
The little lad had jaundice and low oxygen levels, so spent a lot of time going back and forth to the hospital in the early days.
Becoming very emotional, Scott admits he won’t be shaking the experience any time soon, telling us: “With them being back and forth at the hospital, it was very tough.
“My heart sinks every time. I just want to do anything I can to make sure that nothing else goes wrong.”

Despite not being with the baby’s mum, Scott sees him as much as he can. He went straight from our interview to put him to bed. It seems being a father is something he’s relishing.
He tells us he was nervous about the story coming out that he was a dad because he feared more women might come forward to claim he had fathered their child.
For a man who has and admits he struggles to turn down a pretty lady on a night out, surprise pregnancies are a real concern.
I felt like I was just getting drunk and I was on coke and all sorts. It was just like every night getting drunk, waking up and then going out again
Scotty T
Indeed, in the past, he’s even had people calling his management, insisting he got them pregnant.
And he feared people might think his baby mum, who he can’t speak more highly of, had tried to trap him, telling us: “A lot of people would have seen I had the baby and would have thought ‘oh this girl, she’s just trapped him’. It does happen.
“A lot of people would be thinking like she’s done that on purpose, but there was nothing like that. It was not like that at all.
“We are fully invested in being the best parents ever.”
Life is certainly very different now for Scott, who joined Geordie Shore in 2012 and gained himself the nickname Turbo T for his womanising ways.
It was a wild time in his life – he was being paid to party at public appearances and fully engrossed himself in that world.
But it wasn’t long until things got out of hand. “I felt like I was just getting drunk and I was and all sorts,” he admits.
“It was just like every night getting drunk, waking up and then going out again.”

‘Going mad for you’
He was making good though, and it became harder and harder to break the cycle.
He explains: “Me and one of the other lads were doing PAs every single day of the week at one point, every. Sometimes double-ups on a night. In one month alone, combined, I think we made about 200 grand.”
He tells us he kept going thanks to the drugs – and the high of his adoring fans. He couldn’t believe how easy it all was.
“It was mint,” he says. “You’re going to all these places around the world, and it’s just everyone going mad for you. And that’s all you have to do.
“We don’t have to get up and sing. We don’t have to DJ. We’re just walking in, and that’s it.”
He first booked himself into a rehab facility in back in 2017 and spent two weeks getting clean.
The problem wasn’t the drugs or the alcohol or the ADHD. It was just the lifestyle

However, during endless club PAs, he started using again.
Just months later, in January 2018, bosses sacked him after he was pictured . It was then that he headed to a treatment facility in Thailand.
He spent three months there, and after extensive CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), he came to understand his drug use better and how his , which he was diagnosed with at age seven, played a part in it all.
Scott says, “I felt like I was doing it because I was trying to escape from something, or I was just trying to be loved, and I was trying to get attention. I don’t really know, to be honest, but it would just turn bad because it was starting to affect my work.
“Everyone would just be like, oh, he’s just off the rails. But it was more like, I just didn’t know where to put myself. And it is hard when I’ve got ADHD. Even making a decision day to day is hard for me.
“But the problem or the or the ADHD. It was just the lifestyle.”
Scott took some time away from the show, but he was still using drugs, and on October 18, 2024, he was pulled over by the in .
He pleaded guilty to two counts of driving with a controlled drug, which was above the specified limit.
The city’s magistrates’ court heard that he had 32 microgrammes per litre of blood in his system while driving his Land Rover Discovery. The legal limit is 10 microgrammes.
He also had 800 microgrammes of BZE per litre of blood – above the legal limit, which is 50 microgrammes.
But Scotty insists the situation was not as bad as it appeared. He says, “I wasn’t losing my head or anything like that.

“It was just, I went on a night out, and then it was a day and a half later, and I was just driving the garage. I went to pull into the garage and loads of school kids were walking into the garage.
“I went to turn in, and I was like, ‘Oh, f**k man, I’m not going there’. I’d just get bombarded by all the kids. So I went to turn out and then the police pulled us over, but I was on my phone as well.”
‘Paid the price’
The officers told him they could smell booze on him, which he says was a real surprise. He had been out on Wednesday night, and it was now Friday.
“So they breathalysed me, and I passed, but then they said they wanted me to come in for a blood test.”
I hope he’s a right t*** when he’s older, because then I’ll know exactly how it was for my mother and father
Scotty T , on this newborn son
He says he can’t even remember taking cocaine on his night out, but admits he must have taken one or two lines.
Scott had not long returned to Geordie Shore, but the decision was made for him to take a step back once again.
He tells us: “I understood their (MTV bosses’) decision. They said you need to take some time out when this is all happening.”
He now hopes he will be invited back if and when filming starts again.
“A lot’s changed since I’ve lost my ,” he says. “There’s a lot more important things going on. Like my baby being born.
“It was just a silly thing, and I paid the price.”
He certainly hasn’t retired his party hat for good though – he tells us he downed a bottle of Jack Daniels during a PA this week – but drugs are very much off the menu and his son is now his top priority.
He says: “I’ll just live every day as it comes. I’ve already won, because I’ve had the baby, I’ve already got my legacy. And he’s going to be mint.
“I hope he’s a right t*** when he’s older, because then I’ll know exactly how it was for my mother and father.”
Brace yourselves, we could have another on our hands.
