Scotland: Dessers scores 24th goal of season in Rangers’ draw vs Celtic

Cyriel Dessers was on target as Rangers were held to a 1-1 draw by Celtic in the Old Firm derby on Sunday.

Dessers gave Rangers the lead in the final minute of the first half after he was teed up by a long Mohamed Diomande pass.

It was the forward’s 24th goal of the season for the Light Blues.

Adam Idah equalised for Celtic three minutes before the hour mark.

Dessers was in action for the entire duration of the game.

His compatriot, Leon Balogun also featured for Rangers after recovering from a cheekbone surgery.
