SAM Thompson’s girlfriend Talitha Balinska was forced to be rescued after she was trapped on a train in the scorching heat.
The DJ, 25, was on a London Overground train when it broke down as a rescue team helped usher them out.

She took to her stories on Friday to document the nightmare with her followers.
In one picture of herself with her hand on her head, she wrote: “Stuck on a train with no power yay.”
Talitha then filmed herself asking someone: “Wait, how are we gonna get off the train?”
The person could be heard saying: “We’ve got ladders, we’ve got steps here, there’s a fella coming hopefully in the next two minutes.”

She wrote across it: “Guys we may be escorted off the train and have to get ladders off the bridge.”
In the next story, Talitha and other passengers were seen being escorted off of the back of a train by someone wearing a high-vis orange outfit and a hard hat.
The rescue team told the passengers that they were required to walk in single file as well as being “slow and steady” to prevent any accidents.
In her final post, Talitha filmed herself walking across the rail tracks as everybody made their way off of the abandoned train.
The relieved social media personality penned: “We’re off!!”
